    ACR’s ongoing operations and incident management service is designed to help businesses avoid – or at least pre-empt – incidents that disrupt service delivery by looking at processes, procedures and resources to ensure service levels can be resumed within a tight timeframe and budget to the business. This support takes into account our clients’ total computing environment, not just the operating system or database in isolation, which reduces the risks of failure and increases the speed at which problems can be solved. Our technical experts provide support for databases and middleware as well as operating systems.

    ACR delivers specific programmes aimed at helping our customers to reduce their risks and to provide the training needed to enable those businesses which adopt different technology to manage the new environment and provide a full support service. This ensures that technical support teams have a broad understanding of the impact of one action on the rest of the infrastructure so that repairs do not result in multiple failures elsewhere.

    ACR’s site-scanning services enable our technical consultants to provide system health checks to identify architectural weaknesses, performance tune and capacity plan existing systems. We will also plan, design, test, and deliver systems to strengthen disaster planningalongside providing hardware support in the form of asset management ongoing repairs where required.
